Orders are final after validation on the web and receipt by the buyer of the order confirmation email. Orders are put into production upon receipt of payment for the full amount resulting from the sum of the products ordered and the transport rate chosen by the customer. The site offers the shipping method according to the number of canvases, their size and the expected preparation time. When several products are purchased, it is possible to group together the shipment of all the fabrics chosen. In this case, the time indicated by the site will be that of manufacture with the last delivery time. The customer can also choose to make several shipments by grouping the canvases according to the expected manufacturing time. The transport configurator specifies the fabrics that will accompany each shipment, the transport companies offered and the different prices. If you choose the multiple shipments option, an order number will be generated for each shipment with its transport and price.
Return and refund
Items ordered via the Web configurator cannot be returned or exchanged once the order has been confirmed. Our products are custom made and put into production immediately, so they cannot be changed or canceled. Exceptional cancellation of an order will only be effective with our written consent, as specified in the conditions of sale section of our website.

We offer secure SSL payment by credit card We guarantee maximum security of your payment and confidentiality of data. All payment transactions are carried out via a secure server, based on the SSL standard, which guarantees the total confidentiality of your bank details. This data travels encrypted at all times and only known to the enabling bank, without being stored on our servers at any time.
Payments for purchases are made through Redsys (BBVA's official payment channel) with all encryption and data transfer security systems via SSL, so that the buyer can enjoy the protection of these channels at any time.
Terms of Sales
The buyer of FAST FABRICS is aware of its terms of sale.
Orders made to FAST FABRICS imply on the part of the buyer the acceptance of the general conditions of sale. Therefore, no clause to the contrary can be opposed unless we have accepted it in writing beforehand.
2 - ORDER
Orders are final after validation on the site and receipt of the email with the summary of the order. Orders are launched into production following receipt of payment for the full amount of the sum of the products ordered and the transport price. Our products being made to measure, and therefore launched in production immediately, they cannot be modified or canceled. The exceptional cancellation of an order can only be effective with our written agreement.
Items that have been properly ordered through the site configurator cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
If we receive duplicate orders within hours or days of each other, we do not take responsibility for this. The buyer will be responsible for the costs of both fabrications.
3 - PRICES
The price of the products appearing on the order is the price that will be invoiced. In the event of variation, the prices are those applicable on the date of registration of your order on the site or by our sales departments. We reserve the right to withdraw from sale, without notice, certain fabrics or products.
Transport prices correspond to the prices offered by the carriers and are updated according to each transport. Prices are calculated based on weight and shipping address. The transport configurator takes into account the number of fabrics and their dimensions to calculate the weight as well as the expected availability date of each product to create the number of shipments required, as well as the volume limitations imposed by each type of transport and the associated tariffs.
4 - PAYMENT
Unless there is a prior and vigorous commercial agreement, all orders are payable in advance, according to the method of payment indicated on the order confirmation and to be chosen between the payment methods offered during the confirmation on the FAST FABRICS site. Namely, transfer, credit card or request for payment link by credit card to be received by email.
Cash payment does not give the right to a commercial discount except with prior written agreement.
Orders validated on the FAST FABRICS site by payment by credit card will be put into production immediately without any subsequent confirmation request. Orders validated by transfer will remain pending receipt of confirmation from the accounting department or receipt of proof of transfer, to be put into production.
Force majeure: Accidents in our factories, labor shortages, strikes, wars, raw material shortages, political events, etc. constitute all cases of force majeure authorizing us to defer, suspend or terminate our commitments without this giving rise to any compensation for the benefit of the buyer.
5 - TRANSPORT
Any complaint concerning the receipt of damaged or missing packages must be made in writing within eight days of receipt of the goods and following receipt "SUBJECT TO RESERVATION" in writing on the delivery slip from the delivery person. The absence of a finding on the receipt form definitively excludes any handling of the complaint.
We draw your attention to the fact that in all transport the words "subject to ..." have no legal value.
Deliveries by carrier are always made under the responsibility of the recipient: unpack and check your product in the presence of the driver.
The number of items delivered as well as their delivery conditions must be checked in the presence of the delivery person or the carrier. Unpack and carefully examine the products in the presence of the driver. Take pictures of the outer packaging if there is evidence of tampering or reconstitution.
No return of items can be made without our prior written consent. We will not bear the cost of return transport of goods that have not been previously agreed with the shipping service.
Delivery times are given only as an indication and any delays do not give the right to cancellation or refusal of the goods, or even claim for damages or penalties for delay. The costs generated by refusal of the shipment or change of delivery address once the shipment is being delivered, will be invoiced to the buyer. We reserve the right to make partial deliveries.
All goods sold travel at the risk and peril of the buyer regardless of the mode of transport or the terms of payment of the price of transport. Any disputes due to loss or damage to the goods are to be settled by the buyer with the carrier.
All products, as soon as the material is taken over by the carrier from our factories, is the responsibility of the purchaser, unless otherwise specified, to cover the costs and risks of transporting the goods sold.
Upon receipt of the equipment sold, it is obviously the buyer's responsibility to carry out all checks, to make all reservations on arrival of the equipment and to exercise, if necessary and within the regulatory deadlines, any recourse against the carrier. Make all reservations to the carrier, because the material traveling under your responsibility, all disputes will be settled between you and the carrier.
The company is released from its obligation to deliver for all fortuitous events, or in the event of force majeure occurring in its workshops or at its subcontractors and suppliers, such as fires, floods, total or partial strikes, lockouts, etc. ...
The site will offer you shipments according to the number of canvases, their dimensions and expected deadlines.
You will have the choice to group all the canvases in a single shipment. In this case, the deadline will be that of the manufacture of the latest deadline.
You will have the choice to make several shipments by groups of fabrics according to their deadline.
The transport configurator will show you the fabrics that will go in each shipment, the carriers and the different price choices.
If you choose the option of multiple shipments, the order will generate an order number for each shipment with its transport.
6 - RETENTION OF OWNERSHIP
The delivered goods remain our property until full payment of the price, the customer assuming, however, upon leaving our stores, the risk of loss, theft or destruction. He will therefore bear all charges for goods not delivered.
7 - RESPONSIBILITY OF THE INSTALLER
You are authorized to place this order. You have chosen and verified all the elements, and the general conditions of sale that you accept and you will not need any technical assistance (even by telephone) for installation and adjustments. You agree to provide after-sales service for the products you install, supply of parts recognized as defective by Fast Fabrics after expertise, by our technical services and to ensure replacement under warranty. The installer is prohibited from technically modifying our products in any way. Products that suffer from handling will not be supported by after-sales service.
8 - GUARANTEE
Only the manufacturer of the canvas is authorized to assess a manufacturing defect and authorize the taking charge of the canvas. FAST Fabrics will take care of the new assembly or repair and its replacement, at the expense of the installer.
The clothing is guaranteed for 2 years by FAST FABRICS.
Any complaint must be formulated through the AFTER-SALES SERVICE request form, specifying the required information and the graphic evidence related to the request. FATS FABRICS reserves the right to request the return of the goods objected to the claim for verification by our services before making a decision on the handling of the request. The support of an after-sales service does not entail the obligation of a new manufacture. It remains for FAST FABRICS to decide whether to repair the existing product or replace it with a new one. It remains for FAST FABRICS to decide on the request for the return of material subject to the After-Sales Service.
Under no circumstances may the user require the complete replacement of the products.
FAST FABRICS does not know the destination of the products, the use or the installation. Therefore we cannot provide any anti-corrosion warranty.
The warranty periods and general conditions of sale of fabrics, motors and remote controls are those of the manufacturers and are their responsibility and expertise.
